ZERO Manufacturing, Inc. offers precision miniature enclosures in aluminum, brass, copper, cold-rolled steel and mu metal. ZERO can modify each miniature enclosure in-house so that the product we provide is the perfect product to suit your needs. We offer a complete range of alteration, assembly, accessorizing, finish, marking and testing services.

In order to maintain our consistently high level of quality and precision workmanship, our quality control procedures have been designed to comply with the inspection standards of Military Specifications MIL-I-45208.

Tooling Capabilities: A complete tool and die facility is at your disposal. Our standard line of enclosures is increasing every day. If you have a requirement not listed in our catalog, please feel free to contact us. If it can be made, we can make it for you. Plating / Finishing: All plating processes are available.	All parts are shipped in convenient cardboard cartons. All plated and annealed parts are individually packaged to prevent damage in shipping. However, on request, we can package to suit any requirement you may have. Tolerances: Standard tolerances are +/- 0.10 unless otherwise specified
