April 19, 2010- Zero Manufacturing announces changes to the Inside Sales Team.
Zero Manufacturing is excited to announce the following changes to our Inside Sales team that improves our responsiveness to customers and ability to process orders. There are now two teams that process Orders, respond to Request For Quotes (RFQs), and handles Customer Service inquiries.
Customer Service Team – This team handles customer inquiries on existing or past orders for both Custom and Catalog (stock) items. This group contains three individuals that are assigned to specific geographic regions. These individuals interface with Regional Sales Managers, Manufacturer Representatives and Customers to ensure orders move quickly to production through our Product Realization Validation (PRV) process. They also handle Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and have the ability to provide up to date order status. Team members include:
• Darlene Packer - Northeast Region
• Jill Buckway - Western Region
• Tiffani Hubbard - Southeast & International Regions
Inside Sales Team – This team processes Purchase Orders and RFQs for both Custom and Catalog (stock) items on a FIFO basis. Zero Customers and affiliates (Employees, Manufacturer Representatives, and Value Added Resellers) may send Orders and RFQs through the following channels:

External callers can reach our Inside Sales or Customer Service teams by calling (800) 959-5050; press 1 for Inside Sales, press 2 for Customer Service. When pressing 2, the caller will be directed to Zero Manufacturing’s Receptionist, where the Receptionist will direct the call to the appropriate Customer Service Representative. Internal callers, calls placed within the Zero Manufacturing facility, can reach our Inside Sales team by calling Ext. 2003.
