This policy is applicable to orders placed through ZERO Manufacturing's website.
If you are not satisfied with your ZERO product, please call 1-800-500-9376 or click on the following link, http://www.zerocases.com/contactus.html to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) within 3 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned in salable condition and in its original packaging, ZERO will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. Product must be returned to ZERO within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. Any return of ZERO merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Note: ZERO recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to ZERO or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
APO/FPO Addresses: If you are an APO/FPO customer and you are outside the domestic delivery area, the standard ZERO Return and Refund Policy applies; with the exception that you are responsible for shipping the product back to a state-side return address, plus handling, customs, and inventory liability. Since you are responsible for the safe delivery of any product you are returning to ZERO, we recommend that you insure it against loss.
Defective Items: If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any ZERO product, please call 1-800-500-9376 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 3 calendar days of the receipt/inspection of the product. Rework/Replacement is contingent upon ZERO's inspection of returned item(s).
