Stephen Henderson, Chief Executive Officer

Stephen Henderson

Stephen Henderson was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Zero Corporation on June 1, 2006. Prior to his appointment to CEO for Zero Corporation, Henderson served as Group President and CEO at McKechnie Aerospace for three years.

Before joining McKechnie Aerospace, he served as President, CEO, and in senior management positions for leading aerospace companies including Ryder, Goodrich, FLS, and GE. Stephen has also held upper management positions within the process industries in Japan, the United Kingdom and Europe. Henderson, born in Scotland, is now an American national and holds a BS degree from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland.

Norm DePeau, VP of Business Development

Norm Depeau

Norm DePeau was appointed Director of New Business Development on September 25, 2006 and Vice President of Sales & Marketing on November 7, 2006. Prior to joining Zero Corporation, DePeau served as the Director of Marketing for Sturm, Ruger for four years. Before Sturm, Ruger, he served in senior domestic and international sales, marketing and operations management roles for leading aerospace manufacturing companies including GE, Goodrich, Coltec Industries, and Ametek Aerospace. A native of Connecticut, DePeau holds a dual undergraduate degree with honors in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science from the University of Connecticut as well as an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

Sandy Hatch, VP of Human Resources

Sandy Hatch

Sandy Hatch came to Zero in October of 2006 with over 18 years of top level HR and Risk Management experience in the manufacturing arena. Her expertise brings to Zero the ability to improve leadership skills and improve employee morale throughout the organization. Since her arrival at Zero, she has been leading the effort to provide consistency to the policies and processes within the organization.

Timothy Bell, VP of Sales & Marketing

Timothy Bell joined ZERO as the new Director of Marketing and after 10 months has been promoted to VP of Sales & Marketing. Tim comes to us with great Sales & Marketing experience in metal and plastic products. Tim has spent time at Lifetime Products working as a Graphic Designer, Product Marketing Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Tim graduated in 1998 from Brigham Young University with a BA in Communications and recently graduated from the MBA program at the University of Utah with an emphasis in Marketing.

Mark Brown, Director of European Sales

Mark Brown

Mark Brown joined Zero Cases as its Director of European Sales in October 2006. With over 20 years in cases, Mark brings a wealth of experience to the development of our business in Europe and the Middle East. This is second time round for Mark as in a previous life he spent 5 years with Zero developing the UK market. The "in-between" nine years were well spent as MD of his own Industrial Case Distribution business. In the last year Mark has been instrumental in re-energizing our UK plant whilst building a strong Sales and Marketing team for the future.

JIM SMITH, DIRECTOR OF PLASTICS OPERATIONS

Jim Smith

Jim Smith has been with Zero cases for 26 years and has served in such positions as Production Control Manager, Sales Manager, Program Manager and has been Director of Plastics Operations for 6 years. Jim's goals and achievements are lead-time reduction, on time delivery and shipment of quality product.

Gregg Benoit, Director of Manufacturing

Gregg Benoit began his career at ZERO Manufacturing in the Monson, MA operation working in the manufacturing area as a painter learning the techniques of mil-spec paint production. He moved into the Planning Department where he mastered the planning process for complex mil spec jobs and took that experience to Salt Lake City UT in 1992 where he accepted the Leadership position of managing the Estimating Department. There Gregg worked to develop cost reduction processes and was responsible to maintain the integrity of gross profit margin for all product lines and custom jobs. In June 2007, Gregg assumed a leadership role to oversee the execution of all sales orders for the Industrial Business Unit and in August became the Director of Manufacturing with responsibility for Estimating, Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory Control and Master Scheduling where he has since been driving manufacturing process improvements and cycle time reduction.

Debra Langelier, Director of Supply Chain

Debra Langelier began her career with ZERO Manufacturing in 1978 at the ZERO East Division working in Sales and Customer Service. Deb managed the key product lines of Mil-Spec cabinets and cases, custom metal stampings, and plastic cases. In 1989, she took on the role of Material Manager and then in 2001 accepted a Global Supply Chain position with Corporate where she managed various commodities, logistics & hubs, and the Global Supplier Network. In 2004, Debra returned to ZERO Manufacturing as Material Manager of the North Salt Lake operation. She served as Director of Customer Service from 2006 to 2007 and recently returned to Supply Chain where she oversees supplier selection and sourcing as well as program management for the Operations Team.

Pamela Santoro, Director of Strategic Accounts

Pamela Santoro

Pamela Santoro joins us as our new Director of Strategic Accounts and Program Manager Role. Pamela has a proven record at building successful sales teams and growing territories within the OEM, Airline and Overhaul markets. Pamela previously worked for Signetics, a division of Phillips Corporation in a quality role for five years, and previous management experience as a Regional Sales Manager for Wencor West, an aerospace hardware distribution company.

Travis Moore, Director of North American Sales

Travis Moore

Travis Moore was appointed Western Regional Sales Manager in August of 2006 and Director of North American Sales in November 2007. Prior to joining Zero Corporation, Travis served as the Vice President of Sales for Drawer Box Specialties establishing direct, rep and distribution sales networks for the small wood working company. Before DBS, he served as Global Account Manager for Pulse Engineering for 5 years supporting board level component design with OEM and contract manufacturing responsibility in North America and Asia. Working with customers like Intel, Microsoft, Alcatel, Dell and IBM, Travis brings extensive experience in OEM sales, manufacturing and distribution from across the globe. A native Californian living in San Diego, Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from UOP with an emphasis in finance.

Earl Stewart, Director of Quality

Earl Stewart joined ZERO in the Quality group in 2002. Earl has taken on roles in Manufacturing and Quality and is now, as Director of Quality/TPM, heading up the group as ZERO transitions to the AS9100 Quality System. Earl brings over 25 years of Aerospace Quality experience to this role having been in Quality Management positions at Barnes Aerospace, Metalcraft Technologies and Petersen Incorporated. Earl has a strong background in aircraft sheet metal fabrication and processing, along with experience in Nondestructive Testing, Statistical Process Control, and Six Sigma/Lean implementation. Earl’s goals are successful transition to AS9100, continuous quality improvement/quality cost reduction and “quality on time” to ZERO customers.

Chris Read, Director of Engineering

Chris Read

Chris Read has worked for over 16 years with the Design Engineering Team at Zero Manufacturing. He has a BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering with an emphasis in Computer Integrated Manufacturing. Before coming to Zero, he was employed by Boeing, Jetway Systems, Hill Air Force Base, and Weber State University, bringing with him a wealth of engineering knowledge and aerospace experience. Chris manages all of the custom engineering designs and proposals.
