    Production Worker

    Description

    Our Production Workers manage various functions required for each phase of the manufacturing process. Our workers perform these functions as described in written Work Orders and Work Instructions as well as Blue Prints. We are a lean manufacturer that promotes flexibility nour workforce requiring that employees become cross-trained in various functions and areas.

    Various functions within the production area such as line work, running heavy and light machines, grinding, buffing, assembly, etc.
    May be required to set up tooling and/or machines for production run

    Painter: Powder Coating Painter

    Description

    The Painter: Powder Coating Painter is responsible for spraying surfaces of parts, enclosures and/or manufactured products with either protective or decorative materials such as powder-coat paint, wet paint or lacquer by performing the following duties.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    · Clean grease and dirt from product.

    · Applies masking tape to areas or parts that are not to be coated.

    · Pours the paint into a spray container and connects the spray gun to the air hose.

    · Adjust sprayer valves and nozzle to regulate width and the pressure of the spray.

    · Controls the spray gun and applies primer or paint to the work surfaces of the product.

    · Paints inaccessible areas by the spray gun by paint brush. Cleans spraying equipment and performs daily maintenance.

    · Sets ovens and line speed; loads ovens for maximum efficiency.

    · Visually inspects painted products to meet customer specifications.

    · Reads, interprets and works from travelers.

    · Overtime may be required.

    · Must be able to accurately count parts to verify and confirm the quantity specified on the traveler.
